yes dude i know this solotion but the guy i bought the iphone is not available and i can not find him to do it.i bought it secend hand and seller is unavaliable..
Then I'm afraid you're out of luck. Only the previous owner can help you with this, no one else. Without their help you will not be able to activate the phone and use it. There is no way around activation lock.
