Recovering baseline apple apps

Have lost an folder containg apps like camera, photos and utube. How do I recover these?

iPhone 5, iOS 7.0.6

You can't lose the camera or photos app. Try a search for them. Any restrictions set? Go to setting, reset, reset home screen layout.
