Q: Error message

I'm getting a message that says unable to download content. Contact Apple Support. It doesn't have an error code. How can I fix it?

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.0.6

If you haven't already done so then you need to do as the message says and contact iTunes Support (these are user-to-user forums) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
