how to delete all bookmarks from safari?

Problem: There is a "youtube" bookmark on my Iphone 5 and Ipad. Thousands of them. So, it is a same "youtube", but repeated thousadns of times.

Q: How to remove all my bookmakrs at once?

I don't know how this bookmark happened to be there so many times.
