Q: Still have $3 balance on gift card, can't spend it.

I have $3+ left over on my gift card that I just redeemed 10 minutes ago. When I try to purchase a $1.29 song, it says I need to enter credit card billing info. For the last 8 songs I just got, it didn't. I don't have a credit card, and I am pretty ticked that I can't use one fifth of the gift card I literally JUST bought. Is this common? I have tried to sign out and back in, but it won't let me spend the last 3 bucks.

Hello cgregry,

I would recommend changing your billing information to remove any payment methods from your account. This can be done by choosing 'none' rather than a card type or PayPal.
