Q: iMessage Activation - Could not sign in?

Did you sign up with your Apple ID?

You can only use email/Apple ID on an iPad over wifi or cellular to iMessage.   You can't use phone number.

Has anyone found a fix for this. My iphone 5s' work just fine, my ipad works just fine and all of a sudden my kids ipad mini will not send messages or facetime, with the error mentioned above...I have reset the internet setting, resigned into wifi, safari works just fine, but I can not get it to sign on under imessage. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
