how do i remove an email address &remove them off my itunes on my phone
hi i would like to no? How i can remove a persons name as the account holder on itunes and to remove their email
also how do i add my email ????????

Howdy swindog74,
It sounds like you are seeing another persons Apple ID associated with the iTunes and App stores on your iPhone, and would like yours there instead. You can delete the account from the Settings on the phone, and then add your account in place of it:
iTunes Store settings
To set options for iTunes Store, go to Settings > iTunes & App Store. You can:
Sign in with a different Apple ID. Tap your account name, then tap Sign Out. You can then enter a different Apple ID.
