Try this troubleshooting go to System Preferences and select Security, unlock the padlock, then turn off your Firewall when you share your internet connection. This should enable data to pass between your computer and your iPod Touch, iPhone, etc.

If it is not working then the other option is to backup all of your files and reinstall OS X. This would take time to finish, but if you wish to use Internet Sharing and your Firewall at the same time.

Thanks for your quick reply ,

I have tried the solution you have provided in section one, however there is no success...

By any chance it this related to Bonjour services, if yes is there any way to check these services are working properly or not ?

Frankly I am not in the favor of reinstalling the OS X again because I have just messed up with these two file as mention in the original post.

please let me know if you need any log...

Hello All ,

I have solved this issue by replace the file "/System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.mDNSResponder.plist". i took this file form one of my friend and place to the original location and restart the system and it works perfectly.

Here i have also solved the internet home sharing , I just provided the DSN IP in WIFI and start the internet sharing all the devices get connected properly.

Thank you All for your support.
