How to do a Full Format of SSD?

I want to do a full ssd format...

I do not want to start system from recovery partition because I will not be able to do a full ssd format...

This system has a WiFi selection under menu when I press Option during boot ... After I connect to my network I just get the WiFi bars but nothing else...

I have Recovery, Macintosh HD and Win 7 Partitions... I want to delete it all (Full SSD Wipe) and start new... Can this be done on this system?

EDIT:

I am able to Download the OS X installed from Apple Store so i should be able to make a Install USB stick and do a full Format this way...

If anyone has a better Idea, Please let me know.

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013), OS X Mavericks (10.9.2), 16GB ram, 1TB SDD. (Fully Loaded)

If you do manage to erase everything, do you have an intended backup device

with the Recovery backup on there? There is Internet Recovery, if you have a

great bandwidth, and an ethernet cable that is way faster than wi-fi.

You could probably erase the SSD if you use Internet Recovery tools, then

start over from scratch, with your Apple ID and so on.

PS: the USB stick may be OK for restoring the system

Good luck & happy computing! 🙂

•About OS X Recovery:

http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4718

"OS X automatically uses this feature when the Recovery System on

the hard disk isn't available (such as when your hard disk encounters

an issue, or when your hard disk has been replaced or erased). OS X

Internet Recovery lets you start your Mac directly from Apple's servers"

So there is a method that should work, there.

Good luck & happy computing! 🙂
