When I go onto my App Store or I'm working with my IPAD it has an app that has automatically popped up, it won't let me tap on anything else apart from the things in the app box. Beside , there is no matter how many times I restored the device , still have the same problem. can anyone help to to overcome this problem except reseting?

Perhaps you are engaing Assitive Touch by inadvertently Triple Clicking the Home button

Try This...
Close All Open Apps... Sign Out of your Account... Perform a Reset... Try again...
Reset ( No Data will be Lost )
Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button and the Home Button at the Same Time...
Wait for the Apple logo to Appear...
Usually takes about 15 - 20 Seconds... ( But can take Longer...)
Release the Buttons...
If no joy... Try a Restore...
1: Connect the device to Your computer and open iTunes.
2: If the device appears in iTunes, select and click Restore on the Summary pane.
