Problem with Game Center

You can try resetting your iPad by simultaneously pressing and holding the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons until you see the Apple Logo. This can take up to 15 seconds so be patient and don't release the buttons until the logo appears.

Try again to see if the problem persists.

I too am having problems with Game Center on my iPad 2 with iOS 7.1.

The main screen of Game Center shows me logged in with my details. If I tap Friends, I get a blank screen and the app freezes. If I then kill the app and go to Games, I get a constant spinning wheel. I've tried hard resetting the iPad to no avail. In Settings, I tried to log out. However, as soon as I go to another screen then back, it shows me as still logged in. When I open a game using Game Center and go to my achievements, it says that Game Center is disabled.

This all happened since updating to iOS 7.1.

2 hard resets and 2 restarts seem to have resolved the issue.
