ipad mini in for repair/replacement

Apple has asked me to send my ipad mini in for repair/replacement and I don't know if I'm supposed to send in my box and accessories with it. Help please!

iPad mini Wi-Fi, iOS 7.0.6

I'd take it to your local apple store and make an appointment at the Genius Bar.

I'd like to do that but the nearest apple store is too far

which is why I want to know how I take the iPad to the UPS store

with the box and accessories or just iPad itself?
