which is the best operating system of mac??/ xlion or xmaveriack??? or others, i have mac air book 2009.

Snow Leoprad (10.6) is still the most efficient OSX from Apple. Upgrade to Mavericks only if there arev feature you feel are necessary.
Note: You will need Snow Leopard 10.6.8 installed in order to install Mavericks. It is a requisite.
