Q: wont download purchased songs

Have recently purchased an album, predominantly for the continuous mix tracks  ( Normally 3 ),

and the album downloaded 60 tracks , then only track 63 0f 63 - missing 61 and 62 Continuous tracks 1 and 2 ???????

In my library they are unplayabble ( ! ) - and undownloadable. Just spent £9.99 on the album even got the digital booklet.

 

Would rather of had the mixes - what's going on here then ????????

    Hello Joel316,

     

    Delete those 2 Tracks from your iTunes Library which are with ( ! ) Exclamation Mark and then you will be able to redownload those two track on your Computer. You should see a Cloud icon next to the Track name after you delete those two Dead track from your computer and by clicking on that Cloud icon your songs will get downloaded.
