"iTune was unable to load data class information from sync services" what can I do?

I am getting this error message everytime when I cannot my iPhone 4 and syncing to iTune.

Can anybody advise me what to do. Plzzz..

I also cannot back up my iPhone with iTune.

iPhone 4, iOS 7.0.6
