Hi, I have problem. I cannot use cellular data on my iPad 2. I tried everything. I gave call to carrier (they did not help me), I changed carrier (did not help), so I see problem in iPad. Maybe it is cause by iOS 7, because, when I had iOS 6 everything was fine. Please give me a advice. Thanks a lot.

I tried this steps many times and it didn´t help. Sometimes I connect to 3G, but it works just few minutes and then "No Service" and sometimes it says please restore iPad, he cannot use cellular data. I do not what do.
