    You access photo stream photos from the last 30 days by signing inot your account and enabling photo stream.  (Older photo stream photos are no longer in iCloud.)  You can recover your camera roll photos, as well as text messages, app data, ringtones, settings, apps and other purchased media, by restoring the iCloud backup of your previous device.
