My iPhone 5 was stolen a month ago and i blocked it using iCloud and a week ago my phone was returned to me but now I can't make or receive any calls or messages, I still have my phone company services, I can use internet and everything is working fine but i cant make or receive any calls or messages. I'll really appreciate your help!

When your phone was stolen, did you suspend or cancel your service with your phone company? If so did you re-activate it when you got your phone back?
Sounds too simple but check to see if the "do not disturb" is turned on
Why cant I make or receive any calls or messages?
