Q: cleaning the iphone 5S & 5C

I have a brand new iPhone, and there are no instructions on how to care (clean) the face of the phone. I know my MACbook uses a damp clean soft cloth like the ones you use to clean your eye glasses. Any suggestions? Thanks!
