I have forgotten the answers to the security questions and sadly, I do not remember the rescue email ID I had given before (I have tried all my accounts uptil now). Any other way to reset this?
You won't be able to view and/or change your rescue email address until you can answer your questions, if you can't remember it then you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

When they've been reset you can then use steps 1 to 7 half-way down the HT5312 page that you posted from to view and/or change your rescue email address for potential future use
