iPhone 5c problems.

anyone elses battery drain very quick?

randomly turns off and takes up to 20/30 mins to come back on

also anyone else have a loose back? or seems like it, makes like a tapping/clicking noise like its loose?

but these dont happen ALL the time.

so how do i fix this?
