My iPhone 5c is stuck on "Headphones" mode and now when i make phone calls I can't hear the other side of the phone call. How do I change the mode?
My iPhone 5c is stuck in "Headphones" mode. I cannot make phone calls unless my phone is on loud speaker. If my phone isn't on loud speaker, then I cannot hear the other side on the phone call. I have tried plugging and unplugging headphones into the plug, but it won't work still. I'm looking for another way to fix it.
