I wanted to update my iPhone 4S to version IOS 7.1 but i can't, it gives me error (1) all the time. Now i have lost the previous version too. What can I do ? Please help ! What can I do ?

Like in the title, a short time after Apple released the new version of IOS, like an idiot i wanted to update because the version that i had (same IOS 7.0.6) was so stupid so I wanted to update my iPhone 4S to version IOS 7.1 but i can't, it gives me error (1) all the time. Now i have lost the previous version too. What can I do ? Please help ! What can I do ?

When can this error will be fixed or how can it be fixed ?
