why is it once i have backed uo my old iphone 4s to the itunes on my computer , it wont let me restore them setting into my new i phone 5s
why is it that my itunes wont let me restore my old settings from my old 4s to my new5s

Is there an error or is the backup simply not showing? Try updating your old phone then doing a backup.
