Q: Can I stream with iTunes Match on iOS 7?

I've seen a lot of places say yes. YouTube has videos of people talking about iTunes Match now streaming music way back on iOS 6. The iTunes Match website however says:

By streaming I mean like Spotify, I have a 16GB iPhone 5S and want to use iTunes Match to save me local storage space. I have a 6GB Data Plan so I think it should hold.
