Facetime in iPad Air

I have recently bought an iPad Air from Dubai, but there is no FaceTime on it. I am in Australia, is there anyway I can access FaceTime on my iPad?

Sorry, there is no way to have FaceTime on an iDevice that was purchased in a region where FaceTime is banned.
