Shuffle plays.Plug into laptop no orange light, can't recognize it. HELP!
My shuffle plays, has got charge etc.
Plug it into my laptop and the orange light no longer comes on.
Changed USB ports still nothing.
Tried all the stuff off the website. Still nothing.
Help!
