When I update it says no network available even though I am connected to the internet please help

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.0.5

If you are having issues updating one way through either Software Update on your iPhone, then try it in iTunes on your computer or vice versa.

If you're trying to update to iOS 7.1 via over the air, check your connections, I'm pretty sure Apple doesn't allow you to download anything over 50MB unless you're on wifi. If you're on wifi and still encountering errors, check your network. If you must really update your phone, just update it through iTunes.
