Multiple problems with iCal

1. Events are not synching between my iPhone, iPad and MacBook. This is despite all the calendars being in iCloud. Oddly some synch and some don't - there's no predictability to it.

2. I have time zone support on all devices. However when I receive invites from an Australian server they go in at the Australian time zone, not mine! This only seems to be a problem if I accept the invite on my iPad or iPhone.

3. Event updates sent from others don't work due to "server conflict". Having trawled through discussion forums it seems like this is a huge problem that Apple have chosen not to fix. Or have I missed something?
