how to install Migration Assistant

I just purchased an Imac 27" and try to migrate data to this new I Mac from my PC. I dwnloaded the Migration Assistant but there was no downloaded file to install. Suggestion? Advise?

iMac (27-inch, Late 2013), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.4)

Migration Assistance should already be pre-installed. Check inside your Utility folder and get rid of the one you downloaded.
