I can't access my icloud account.

I bought my iPad when I was in Atlanta and set it up from the USA so I used my work address (a US company with a .com address). When I got home to England I changed my details back to my UK email address. I deleted all the old account info and password, but forgot to update the iCloud account. Now when I go online to update things, on email it won't email the account I set it up to (ie the US .com account) and it says my answers to the security questions are wrong, like I forget my own birthday. So I can't delete the iCloud account or anything. What can I do?
