water sensor with warrantly

Hello

I have an iphone 5 with normal warrantly until June 2015. I have an issue with the battery life (normal use of the iphone during 3 hours)

I try to fix it in apple store but they dont want to do it because two sensors are in red

My iphone never goes to water and i think two sensors are red because i use it during i run (maybe humidity)

is there a solution concerning this issue with the sensor or i must to pay to fix it whereas the iphone is still under waranty

thanks a lot for your advise

You can always take it to another authorized service technician to see what they can do, but if those sensors are tripped then it's considered liquid damage and voids your warranty. You can use locate.apple.com to search for other technicians in your area.

It is a bit wired that Apple continues to use this sensor in Europe whereas in USA, they refund some customers because of the sensibilty of this sensors

Don't know where you heard that, but it's not true in the case of the iPhone 5.

there were some issues with previous iphone and ipod
