Updated CUDA, now my programs aren't working. Any ideas?

I updated my CUDA drivers the other day, and since then I've noticed that Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 and Davinci Resolve Lite are no longer working on my machine. Premiere simply won't open and Resolve says I don't have a graphics card with OpenCL acceleration (never said that in the past).

Also, whenever I start my machine, a box pops up stating that I need to update my CUDA drivers, but right above that it shows that I have the latest version of the software. I really need to work in Premiere, so if anyone can help me, it would be greatly appreciated.
