itunes imatch skipping songs on iphone5 while streaming.

I have tried what I've seen in the forums. I've disabled iMatch, deleted any local songs, reset music app, reset phone. Nothing seems to work. If I download the song from iCloud it will play fine but most songs streamed just skip. Every once in awhile one will play then skip then next 10 and the 11th with play. Random.

This happens on both broadband wireless and 4G cell.

Any other ideas?
