I have a macbook pro and I do not find in VIEW, the DICTATION nad SPEECH OPTION To turn on

    Have you enabled Dictation in the System Preferences?

    Enable it, and select a keyboard shortcut.

    Dictation will become active, when the cursor is inside a textfield in a document and you type the keyboard shortcut, e.g.function key twice.

     

     

    Where exactly does this not work for you?
