battery or power adapter

Hi,

I just wondering if my notebook is full battery or I just finished power supply, it is better to use power adapter or battery? (if power adapter is available)

Keep the computer plugged in whenever possible.

If you keep the computer always plugged in, make sure that twice a month

run it on battery until battery level drops to about 50-40%.
