AT&T iPhone 4 unlock

AT&T iPhone 4 unlock

I have had a conformation from AT&T that my iPhone 4 has been unlocked, I left it for 5 days to make sure the servers had caught up, but no matter how many times I restore/recover the phone is still locked to AT&T, please help! the IMEI number is 013124008596317 and the AT&T request was 9127639 which can be checked here: https://www.att.com/deviceunlockstatus/client/en_US/

Who would I talk to at Apple to make sure the info to allow the unlock is in Apple's servers?

No one here - or at Apple - can help you. Contact AT&T again. Only they can help you with unlocking your device.

By the way, it says the unlock is APPROVED, not that it is complete. Did you follow all the instructions on that page?

I have tried this as well and it's still not working, does anyone know who in AT&T I would contact? I know it says Approved but that's all it ever says, AT&T approve the unlock and tell Apple, then Apple update the authorisation database but I guess either AT&T didn't tell Apple, or Apple have not yet done anything hence my question.
