Twitter app server error after updating to iOS 7.1

Since updating to iOS 7.1, my Twitter app encounters a server error. Any ideas? This is also happening on my iPad since updating it to 7.1.

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.0.4, 64GB Sprint LTE
