I'm missing my home page and also some of my purchased apps on my IPad 2. This happened after the latest update. Does anyone know how to get it back?

If you did a backup, try restore first.
If that fails...
Re sync or re download from purchases.
Try scrolling from right to left a few times. They are likely still there - but on another screen page.
I found out how to get my missing apps back. I had to go back into the store, go the the purchased apps, then click on a little cloud icon and it reloaded the app.
I still don't have my homepage though.
