THE SYSTEM PREFERENCES DOES NOT WORK I CLICK ONIT AND NOTHING HAPPENS

Try fncontrol2, then click return, and see if you can get it in there,.The Apple should light lght light up, click return, and system preferences should open. Then use cursor to select what you what.
