Q: iCloud not syncing documents, iWork crashing.

Currently I have no ability to use Pages, Numbers or Keynote on my iPad 2. There seemed to be some kind of syncing problem with iCloud. So I turned off the documents toggle in the iCloud settings on my iPad, and turned it back on. Since then I do not have any documents on my iPad, but I am unable to sync the documents either, and I am unable to create new documents. When I try to open a new document in Pages or Keynote the program crashes. I also have no other documents for third party programs like MindNode Pro available on my iPad either. Things are working fine on my iPhone 4s and everything is there on my iMac.

The other little issue is that when I created a new document on my iMac just now it did not show up in icloud.com either.

Thought updating to 7.1 may resolve the issue. It has not.

You might want to try resetting documents & data syncing, as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5824.

If keynote and pages are crashing there is something wrong with the program. Delete from the iPad and download again.

Thank you both for your suggestions. I tried both. Unfortunately they did not help. The software glitch with Pages only occurred when the document sync was turned on, so there was a software issues in the OS.

In the end I erased all settings and files from my iPad, and reinstalled the appropriate software. Everything seems fine now.
