My iphone says " No service " when i insert an 8ta sim but works on other networks. What can I do please.

I need help please. My iphone will not come up when with network on the network bar when i insert an 8ta sim but network bar comes up when i insert other sims. what can i do please..

iPhone 5, iOS 7.0.4
