Mar 11, 2014 5:30 PM in response to AshleyC68by vazandrew,Do you mean it's not showing up under your purchase history? Was this a full purchase or simply a rental on Apple TV?
Note: Movie purchases need to be downloaded into your iTunes library on other devices by going to the iTunes store - purchased (under quick links)

Mar 11, 2014 6:32 PM in response to vazandrewby euphemiaa,Am having the same problem. I bought the movie but it's not showing up as purchased under my iTunes library. If I want it on my iPad it looks like I can't do anything except buy it again. And don't want to do that obviously

Mar 11, 2014 8:02 PM in response to euphemiaaby vazandrew,Are you referring to your iTunes library or your purchased history? As stated above you need to download it again from the store on other devices, it won't automatically appear.
If it's not in your purchased history, and you are sure you've purchased it you will need to contact iTunes

Mar 14, 2014 4:47 AM in response to AshleyC68by Carla Marshall-Waggett,vazandrew is correct, and the important point being "other devices". I had the same issue; I purchased a movie through ApplteTV and watched it. When I went to download it to iTunes on my Mac, it wasn't anywhere to be found, even under Purchases in the quick menu. It was listed under my account as being pourchased, however. When I went to find it on my iPad, though, it was right there under Purchases! I downloaded it from iCloud to my iPad. When I then connected my iPad to my Mac, it transferred the movie to my iTunes library on my Mac.
Weird, but... not the weirdest I've seen from Apple
