How do you delete photos from your IPhone? I upgraded from a IPhone 4 to a 5C. I backed up all my info to ITunes so I didn't lose any photos. When I synced my new 5C to Itunes it downloaded all my pictures from my entire computer (many years of pics) Now I have no memory left to download music. I don't need or want all these pictures on the phone...just the few that weren't already on my computer. Thanks

iPhone 5c, iOS 7.0.6

Photos synced to your phone with iTunes have to be synced off your phone. Connect your phone to your computer, open iTunes, click on the name of your phone in iTunes, go to the Photos tab of your iTunes sync settings, uncheck Sync Photos, then click Apply at the bottom to remove them.

Also, iTunes doesn't import photos, it only syncs photos to your phone (not from your phone). To import your photos to your computer you don't use iTunes. Follow this article: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083.
