my ex smashed my ipod screen an i would really like to get all my stuff off the ipod if possible, its locked and i cant unlock it as its too broken and itunes tells me i need to unlock it inorder to see my stuff, what do i do?

I would go replace my screen at the mall or an apple store for 70$

At this time Apple does not replace iPod Touch screens...you can take it in and try but so far that is only done on iPhone 5-series devices.
