Does not Stream from setting in compressor 4.1

Why won't this 7 min video that I compressed using 4.1 work like the others on this dropdown menu? The video is long but why doesn't it stream? I tried it a few different settings in compressor 4.1 but it won't play like the other short ones. I made all of the short ones in the old compressor with the setting at .264 - 800kbs. This one has to download first completely before it plays even though I see the status bar moving.

It is on the dropdown as "Cashmere latest dance music", close to the top. Notice how all the others play immediately.

Maker sure 'Optimized for network use' (fast-start).

If you have Quicktime 7 Pro... you can fix it in Quicktime 7 Pro by doing a 'save as' in the MENU... FILE SAVE AS option. You can also do this in MPEG-Streamclip (free app.)

Open video in MPEG-Streamclip...

Menu...File...Save As...

Doing this you won't have to re-encode the video again and the fast-start will be added back to the video.

Have you tried any of the L*ve Streaming presets in 4.1? For example, the Wi-Fi Low default is a 750 Kbs h.264 MP4 (which can, of course, be customized).

Thanks for the suggestions. I will try those things when back in the office. Yes, it's always a trial and error with these things. I did not know that "fast Start" button was there. And we do have mpeg streamclip.

Any more suggestions would be great also.
