We are fellow users here on these forums, there is no need/use to post the IMEI number of your phone.
Are you able to log into your account via http://icloud.com and remove the phone from it ?

You are logged into http://icloud.com with the same iCloud account that the phone is locked to ? And it doesn't show in the Find My iPhone section on http://icloud.com ?

Does the part of the id that shows on the activation screen on your phone match with your id ? The screenshot from http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4515 shows part of the iCloud id :

Have you tried typing in your old password for that iCloud id on the activation screen ? And do you have any other iOS devices linked to that account - if you do then do they show in show in the 'All Devices' list in the Find My iPhone section on http://icloud.com ?
But http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5818 implies that the new password should work :
If you forget your password, you can reset it at My Apple ID (appleid.apple.com) or by contacting Apple Support and verifying your identity. Once your password has been reset, it will work normally with Find My iPhone and Activation Lock.
And it's definitely your id e.g. you didn't buy the phone from another person and it's locked to their account, they just happen to have an id starting with the same character and email provider ?
