When I go on Google Images and find an image that I want to save to my Camera Roll, I can't save it how I used to. I used to be able to just hold down the image and have the Save Image option pop up along with 2 or 3 other options, but now the Save Image option doesn't come up anymore. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Yeah that's totally and utterly ridiculous and annoying and tedius. First Google changed the image search option totally, to not being able to view pictures in full screen (on ios). So you had to save it then view it. Now they've once again changed it by taking out the "save image" option.
This is such a waste of my time. It now takes 2-3 times longer to save a picture to my camera roll.
I found this article in my quest to find an app or something so that I can save images by simply pressing on them and choosing "save image".
Google is getting too big for it's britches and what goes up, eventually comes down.
I tried clearing the history, cookies and data, but it still won't work. I tried on the Chrome app too, but it didn't work on that either.
If the save image doesn't appear, to the right of the photo is view image, try tapping that then hold your finger on that image. You should get save image.
I tried tapping the image to enlarge it, but it doesn't enlarge or anything. I think it doesn't enlarge because it's only on Google Images and not the actual website, but the Save Images option still doesn't come up.
When I tap the thumbnail in google image it enlarges to the size of the image in Diavonex's example above. From there you should be able to save image. The images on google search are the images from the actual site. After it enlarges there are links to the site. Go to google image, enter surf art, tap the magnifying glass, then see if you can tap to enlarge.

Finally found the answer.
1. Search for an image in google and tap an image from the results.
2. When it opens, you'll see a options icon (3 vertically stacked dots) beside the close icon (X).
3. Tap on the dots to open options and select "View Image"
4. Once it opens, tap and hold the image and you'll get "Save Image" option.
Hope this helps.....
Reset iPad and try again. Hold the Sleep and Home button down until you see the Apple Logo.

Settings>Safari>Clear History, Cookies and Data
Have you tried saving other images?
Yes, I have, but it only works on the occasional few. I used to be able to save all the images that I wanted.
Try tapping the image first, it should enlarge, then try holding your finger on it.
That's kind of what I'm talking about. When I enlarge the image, like in Diavonex's example above, and hold it down to save it, the Save Image option doesn't come up like it used to.
Apple isn't Google. Why not contact Google with your suggestions.
