Why i cant purchase diamond on the games of tower of savior.
There keep showing contact apple.com.
What can i do?

Have you done as the message says and contacted Support ? If not then you can contact Support via this link and ask them why the message is appearing : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
