Q: 'Your country is supported' when I try to log into iTunes U Course Manager for the first time. Why?

Any idea what I can do to sort this out? I want to be able to create courses for my students but when I try to log in with my apple ID to the course manager I am told 'your country isn't supported.' Am in Slovakia, central Europe.
